Policies

• ALL sales are FINAL. NO refunds. Email info@dezzyj.com for questions and concerns.
• Once order is placed there may be NO additional changes made.
• Please make sure accurate head measurements are provided.
• When providing your own hair or wig, extensions or unit must be received in 3 days or processing time will be extended.
• When providing the hair bundles MUST be newly purchased, thread-free, glue free, clean and labeled with the length. Lace piece MUST be new or items will be returned.
• Unless stated otherwise ALL units include bleached knots, lace customization, shampoo, deep condition, and styled.
• All units come in natural state of hair unless you indicate otherwise.
• You must enter valid coupon code at checkout for discount to be applied. Only 1 coupon can be used at checkout.
• Units may have small hole(s) on lace from T-pins but will not affect the unit because you will cut excess lace off before install. 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

• Dezzy J Crowned Creations is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
• Address enter at checkout must be entered correctly.
• For  Custom Order's please allow 7-14 business days for processing BEFORE shipping/pickup.
• If you are providing hair please mail/drop-off ASAP if hair is not received in 3 days from purchase date the processing time will be extended. 

• • Please include order number, first and last name when shipping/dropping off hair you provide. Each bundle must be labeled with the inches.
  • All Ready to Ship units and purchases from Dezzy J Crowned Creations will be processed immediately, sales may extend processing time.
  • Shipping takes 1-3 business days  USPS Priority Mail.
